Yes! Everything we create is handcrafted by us and therefore unique. If you order a pair, then because it's made by hand, there will be very slight differences between the two products. This uniqueness is part of what makes what we do so special. Customers are leaning away from mass production and are embracing "Country Cottage" type businesses once again. It's great to see and even better to be a part of!
Are your products made in New Zealand?TOP All of our finished products are proudly made in New Zealand by our dedicated team at Ribbons-n-Bows. We take great pride in everything we create. Our quality and finish is second to none.
Absolutely - We welcome custom orders. If you are in need of something a little special or a little unique, then go no further. We can create a custom design for the Flowergirl, Bridesmaid, for Confirmation or another special occasion. Please contact us, we'd love to hear from you!. We LOVE to create special custom orders!

Where do you source your ribbon and hardware?TOP 99% of our ribbon and hardware is sourced from the US. We do get the odd quirky item from New Zealand, but as a whole, we import from the US. We only use high quality (mostly grosgrain) ribbon and hardware to ensure our products withstand the test of time.
Can I be assured I am purchasing a quality product?TOP Yes most certainly! Our products are all created by hand by us with the very greatest of care. Each item is handsewn and glued and all ends are carefully heatsealed to prevent fraying. We offer our clients a superior product and take no shortcuts in the finish of any of our items.
Yes. It doesn't happen often as we do keep good stocks of ribbon on hand. But on occasion (especially during busy times such as Christmas), you may order a product that has a pink swiss dot ribbon for example but we may only have in stock pink asprin dot or pink/white stripe. As long as it doesn't detract from the overall look of the finished product, we would substitute for the ribbon we have in stock.

Do you offer a quality guarantee?TOP Yes, we stand behind the products we sell. We are human and on the odd occasion may miss something. If you are unsatisfied with the workmanship on anything you receive from us, please contact us immediately so we may rectify this.
Do you send to PO Box addresses?TOP We are happy to send orders to PO Box addresses. We aren't able to use our normal couriers to do this though as they cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. We will need to send via NZ Post if you need your order sent to a PO Box.
This will depend on the product or products you have ordered. In the "News and Updates" section to the left of the screen we will keep customers advised of how long orders are taking to process. We like to have orders sent within 2-3 days of receipt but this will vary throughout the year due to order volumes, especially around Christmas.
Custom orders generally take 2-3 weeks to fill from when the order is finalised.
If you have a birthday or special occassion approaching that you'd like the order for, please let us know at the time you place your order and we will endeavour to ensure the goodies reach you in time for the celebrations.

Are your prices in NZ Dollars?TOP Yes all of our prices are in NZ dollars and include GST if any.
Are my details safe?TOP Ribbons-n-Bows respects your privacy and will not pass on or divulge any personal information to any other party. We will never sell or give away your details to another unrelated business or person. Please let us know if you wish for your details to be deleted from our system.
